CBA Design helps Linton Village College educate

lvc_461x250Since the school opened in 1937 the numbers of students, facilities and expertise at Linton Village College (LVC) have expanded, but the school’s ambition remains the same: to achieve the highest possible standards of care and achievement for all of its learners.

In recent years, this progressive College has been part of a phased rebuilding programme. The end result of this construction is a college with some of the most attractive and modern facilities in Cambridgeshire. Apart from the well-appointed classrooms and state-of-the-art science facilities, Linton Village College boasts some of the finest sports resources. These include extensive playing fields, high quality tennis courts, an all-weather pitch, sports hall, fitness suite and a newly built gymnasium and dance studio.

To create awareness of how the school has developed, LVC have implemented a communications campaign to educate existing students, prospective students and the wider community about the benefits that this outstanding college offers.

Following CBA Design & Marketing’s initial successful ‘re-branding’ of the College, the decision was made to commission the agency to ply their creative talents on the development of a vibrant new website and prospectus.

CBA developed a bespoke website for the College that incorporated their unique content management system. The website provides vital information about the College and curriculum and is also linked to the school’s online learning system. The prospectus features stunning images of the College and students and is aimed primarily at prospective students and their parents.

Principal of Linton Village College, Caroline Derbyshire, said; 'With over 800 students, LVC is committed to creating a stimulating and lively educational environment where all people can realise their full potential across the widest possible range of subjects and interests. Our new stylish website and prospectus have been created to inform everyone of the wealth of opportunities that this College offers.'

The website – www.lvc.org – has now gone live and the prospectus printed. The prospectus can be ordered online or downloaded in PDF form from the website at: www.lvc.org/about/.
