Somaxa takes advantage of CBA's 'Markitz' package for start up companies
One of the latest companies to take advantage of a 'Markitz' package is Somaxa.
Somaxa is a start-up company founded by Julie Barnes and Chris Hodkinson, both of whom have vast experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The company specialises in the use of electronic medical data in the following business sectors:
-
Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance
-
Personalised Medicine
-
Clinical Biomarkers
The company's services help clients to:
-
Optimise value of healthcare data assets
-
Apply innovative information technology in a new healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
-
Form industrial or academic partnerships
Somaxa took advantage of one of CBA's 'Markitz' packages to develop an identity, produce stationery and design and build a website. Chris Hodkinson from Somaxa said "CBA created all of our initial marketing requirements to a fantastically high standard – and remarkably quickly as well. Despite being a relatively small company, we feel our identity and website gives us the presence of a much larger organisation."
